Bigger sensor = clearer images
The new RGB camera is equipped with a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor, a 50MP ultra-sensitive camera, and Moonlight Algorithm 2.0, which greatly increases the photosensitive area compared to the previous generation 640T V2 drone 1/2" CMOS 48MP camera. This means it can capture more light and improve noise reduction, especially in complex scenes such as low light, backlight, and dusk.
HDR imaging & AI color optimization
The 640T V3 50MP RGB camera supports HDR imaging mode and can shoot 4K/30fps HDR video, effectively retaining highlights and shadow details in scenes with strong light ratios.
In addition, Autel's image algorithm has added AI scene recognition and color calibration, which can automatically identify the shooting scene, optimize saturation and white balance, and automatically adjust the overexposed and underexposed areas in high-contrast scenes, greatly reducing the need for post-production color grading.

Higher resolution and clarity
Autel 640T The V3 is equipped with a 0.8-inch RYYB CMOS sensor, which provides up to 144%~233% more surface area than 1/2-inch or 1/2.3-inch competitors, and can improve light sensitivity by up to 40% in low-light environments, ensuring that clear, detailed images can be captured even at night or in low-light scenes.
