Shipping and Delivery
Online customer orders of $99 or more will ship free of charge to addresses in the continental United States. Some exceptions apply (such remote areas).
Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
If your shipping address is outside the U.S. you will be charged a shipping fee under your order when you checkout.

Usually, We ships merchandise worldwide using FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.
And we have warehouses in HK, US and UK, according to your shipping address, we will ship your order from different warehouses.

If the items you ordered are in stock, we will give it to the courier before the end of the day. This means that you will get your order no later than 7 days.
While we aim to stay as close to our usual shipping schedule as possible, please note that you may experience delays as we operate in strict accordance with state and local guidelines for safe conditions of essential businesses. We hope you will excuse any shipping delays due to this necessary change in procedures.
If the items you ordered are not in stock in our shop, then it takes about 2-3 weeks to get it to you, provided the item is in stock with our supplier.

Purchases shipping outside the United States may have local taxes, duties, etc. Please note that if we send item is not from your local warehouses, customers are responsible for paying import tax situation in your own country. And These charges are not included in the purchase amount.

Order and Logistics Tracking
Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
The order confirmation email will send to you when checkout the order and provides a summary of the items on your order and shipping address & billing address info. Once you have confirmed, we will ship your order out at the same business day.
Orders received before 3pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3pm PST will ship the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order track page. Enter your Order Number to view the status of your order. You can find your Order Number in the Order Acknowledgement email sent after your order was placed. If you are not able to locate your Order Number, or have any additional questions regarding the status of your order, please submit your questio to contact Autelpilot.
Inspection and Sign
As drone products are a big purchase, please inspect the package upon delivery. Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, Autelpilot will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.
To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact Autelpilot Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
