We want you to be delighted with your purchase of Autelpilot products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request our Return & Refund Service or contact us at sales@autelpilot.com for Customer Support.

1. Return

Can I request a Return & Refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

Return Shipping

Customers need to pay for any return shipping unless the refund is due to performance faults.

Return Time and How?

You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.

When you are returning, please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.

You can choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of our error, we'll refund your return shipping costs after we received the item.

2. Refund

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 1-2 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Coupons Refunds

After the order has been refunded, the coupons will be refunded to your account and can be used again within the effective dates.

3. Exchange

You can request our Replacement Service:

Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.

Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.


Autelpilot shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults, Otherwise, Customers need to pay for the replacement shipping.

All Autel Robotics products sold from Autelpilot.com are covered by our Warranty policy. If your product is defective, please contact Customer Support at sales@autelpilot.com.
