Operation Step Guide:

1	Format an SD card, and create a txt file.
2	Rename it to "autel_log".
3	Delete extension name".txt", choose confirm
4	Power on the drone and wait for 2 minutes. Then install the SD card into the slot.
5	Wait for 15 minutes (the log will be loaded into the folder automatically).
6	Then remove the SD card.
7	Put the SD card into a card reader.
8	Connect the card reader to your computer.
9	Then you will get the flight log.

What frequency bands do drones use?

Autel EVO Nano/Lite Series uses the Autel Skylink system, and the frequency band is 2.4G/5.2G/5.8Ghz; Autel EVO II V3 Series uses the Autel Skylink 2.0 system, and the frequency band is 900Mhz/2.4G/5.8Ghz; Autel EVO Max Series uses The frequency band is 900Mhz/2.4G/5.2G/5.8Ghz.

Does Autel Smart Controller SE support EVO Nano/Lite Series drones?

Not supported yet, Smart Controller SE is only applicable to Autel EVO II V3 Series.

What should I do if the pairing of the drone aircraft and the remote controller fails?

If there is a pairing problem, it is generally because the aircraft fuselage image transmission version and the remote controller image transmission version do not belong to the same aircraft firmware version.
The key to solving this problem is to upgrade or downgrade the firmware version of the aircraft body or remote controller through the SD card so that they belong to the same firmware version.

Autel EVO Nano Series, EVO Lite Series, EVO II V3 Series support taking panoramic photos.

Can I shoot a picture while recording a video?

Yes, it is supported in Nano and Lite series, while EVO II series do not support.

Can the EVO Lite Enteprise Series be interchangeable with the EVO Lite series?

Does your aircraft have a no-fly zones?

Along with the firmware update of Autel drones, no-fly zones will be established in these areas to prevent them from being used in violent conflicts. All of Palestine, all of Israel, all of Russia, all of Ukraine, all of Myanmar, Taiwan Province of China, Arunachal region, and Kashmir region.

Does the Autel drone have a C-level certification?

Yes. The European regulations require new drones on the market to be marked with a C-classification from 2024. In the open category, you can fly drones marked C0 to C4.
C0 drones weigh less than 250 grams and belong to the A1 subcategory. The Autel EVO Nano series is applicable and has been certified.
C1 drones weigh less than 900 grams and belong to the A1 subcategory. The Autel EVO Lite series is applicable and has been certified.
C2 drones weigh less than 4 kilograms and belong to the A2 or A3 subcategory. The EVO II V3 series and EVO MAX series are applicable and have been certified.
C3 and C4 drones weigh less than 25 kilograms and belong to the A3 subcategory. The Autel Dragonfish series is applicable and certification is in progress.
