Flight
Autel drones can reach altitudes of up to 700 meters, but must comply with FAA regulations of no more than 400 feet while in flight.
Don't Risk Flying Your Autel Drone in The Rain.
Please note: drone flight distance is not equal to drone image transmission distance. Please distinguish the maximum flight distance of each Autel drone model.
If your aircraft is lost during flight, please contact our customer service for help.
Please also provide the following information:
1. The date and reason for the flight.
2. The serial number of the aircraft.
3. Upload the flight log and send us the APP account information.

Operation Step Guide:
1 | Format an SD card, and create a txt file. |
2 | Rename it to "autel_log". |
3 | Delete extension name".txt", choose confirm |
4 | Power on the drone and wait for 2 minutes. Then install the SD card into the slot. |
5 | Wait for 15 minutes (the log will be loaded into the folder automatically). |
6 | Then remove the SD card. |
7 | Put the SD card into a card reader. |
8 | Connect the card reader to your computer. |
9 | Then you will get the flight log. |

Image transmission
Autel EVO Nano/Lite Series uses the Autel Skylink system, and the frequency band is 2.4G/5.2G/5.8Ghz; Autel EVO II V3 Series uses the Autel Skylink 2.0 system, and the frequency band is 900Mhz/2.4G/5.8Ghz; Autel EVO Max Series uses The frequency band is 900Mhz/2.4G/5.2G/5.8Ghz.
Remote control
Not supported yet, Smart Controller SE is only applicable to Autel EVO II V3 Series.
If there is a pairing problem, it is generally because the aircraft fuselage image transmission version and the remote controller image transmission version do not belong to the same aircraft firmware version.
The key to solving this problem is to upgrade or downgrade the firmware version of the aircraft body or remote controller through the SD card so that they belong to the same firmware version.
