  • Autel EVO Max 4T Drop System

The Autel EVO Max 4T Drop System is a lightweight dual-hook payload release system developed for the Autel EVO Max Series. It expands the aircraft's capabilities for emergency rescue, supply delivery, search and rescue support, and authorized industrial applications.

Designed for compatible Autel EVO Max aircraft platforms, this payload drop system supports independent left-hook and right-hook release as well as simultaneous dual-hook release, giving operators greater flexibility when carrying out aerial delivery missions.

Autel EVO Max 4T Drop System dual hook payload release system

Payload Drop System for Autel EVO Max 4T

This drop system is specifically designed to add payload release capability to the Autel EVO Max Series platform. With two independently controlled hooks, operators can carry lightweight payloads and select the appropriate release method according to the mission.

    Independent Left-Hook Release

Release the payload attached to the left hook while keeping the right-side payload secured for a second delivery.

    Independent Right-Hook Release

Release the right-side payload separately while keeping the left hook ready for another drop.

    Simultaneous Dual-Hook Release

Release both payload hooks at the same time when the mission requires simultaneous delivery.

    Integrated Aircraft Control

The payload system connects digitally with the compatible aircraft and allows release operations to be controlled through compatible Autel software.

Dual-Hook Autel EVO Max Payload Release System

The dual-hook design gives the Autel EVO Max 4T greater flexibility for aerial delivery missions. Instead of carrying only one payload, operators can prepare two lightweight items and decide whether to release them separately or together.

This can be especially useful during emergency response missions where more than one delivery may be required before the aircraft returns to the operator.

Designed for Autel EVO Max Series Missions

The Autel EVO Max Drop System is intended for professional applications where lightweight supplies need to be delivered to locations that may be difficult, unsafe, or time-consuming for personnel to reach directly.

    • Emergency rescue: deliver lightweight medical supplies, food, drinking water, communication tools, or other emergency equipment.
    • Search and rescue: deliver lightweight support equipment to isolated or hard-to-reach locations.
    • Water rescue support: deploy suitable lightweight rescue equipment from the aircraft where permitted.
    • Industrial operations: deliver lightweight tools or support supplies during authorized industrial missions.

Lightweight Design for EVO Max 4T

The payload drop system weighs approximately 98 g and has compact dimensions of 106.60 × 113.00 × 37.78 mm, helping reduce unnecessary additional weight on the aircraft.

Its lightweight construction makes it suitable for applications where operators need to add payload release capability while preserving as much aircraft flight performance as possible.

    USB Type-C Digital Connection

The EVO Max payload drop system uses a USB Type-C digital interface for data communication and power connection with the compatible aircraft.

Once properly installed and recognized, operators can check the status of the left and right hooks and perform release operations directly through compatible aircraft control software.

    Multiple Release Options

Depending on the mission, operators can choose between three payload release configurations:

    • Release the left hook only.
    • Release the right hook only.
    • Release both hooks simultaneously.

This provides greater operational flexibility than a basic single-release mechanism and allows the same aircraft flight to support multiple delivery actions.

Easy Installation on Compatible EVO Max Aircraft

The payload drop system installs at the designated mounting position on compatible Autel EVO Max aircraft. The system is designed to maintain clearance around key aircraft components including obstacle avoidance sensors, positioning sensors, gimbal visibility, cooling structures, and propeller areas.

The USB Type-C cable should be securely connected and properly routed before flight. When both hooks are carrying payloads, weight should be distributed appropriately to maintain aircraft balance.

    Simple Payload Drop Workflow

    1. Install the EVO Max drop system.
Secure the payload release system to the designated aircraft mounting position.
    2. Connect the Type-C interface.
Connect the system to the compatible aircraft and verify that the cable is securely routed.
    3. Confirm system recognition.
Power on the aircraft and verify that the payload drop system is recognized in the compatible control application.
    4. Check hook status.
Verify that the left and right hooks are locked and ready before loading the payload.
    5. Select the release method.
Release either hook independently or release both hooks according to mission requirements.

Autel EVO Max 4T Drop System for Rescue and Delivery

By adding controlled payload release functionality to the Autel EVO Max Series, this system can expand the drone's role beyond aerial observation and inspection. It provides operators with an additional tool for delivering lightweight supplies during emergency response, rescue support, and professional industrial missions.

Important: This is a third-party payload drop system developed for compatible Autel EVO Max aircraft and is not an Autel Robotics manufactured accessory. Aircraft compatibility, firmware compatibility, allowable payload, and local regulations should be confirmed before operation.
